Thank you very much for visiting Japan Homes Blog. （日本語訳下にあります） We had a great wonderful party yesterday at BOWZ, a Japanese Teppan Yaki restaurant in Epsom, with our sub-contractors yesterday. THANK YOU SUBBIES XMAS PARTY There are wonderful subbies with greats skill who work very hard to help us do complete our work. Our high-quality building work, and quick and accurate scheduling of our  projects highly depend on these subbies.   • FUKUOKA DAY & MOON FESTIVAL

    先週は、オークランドと日本の福岡市の友好30周年を記念してのFUKUOKADAY DAYがCITYのタウンホールで、そして中秋の名月を祝うMOON　FESTIVALがHENDERSONでと2日続けてイベントがありました。 両日ともに盛況だった。 (ENGLISH VERSION OF THIS POST IS AT THE BOTTOM)   FUKUOKA DAY まず、福岡DAYは、やはり日本人好きの方が多かったと思います。そのため、日本建築に興味がある人が多くいろいろと畳のことを聞かれたり、日本から出張でオークランドに来たのかと聞かれる場面も多々あった。割合的には中国人6割とその他4割という構成だろうか。 アンケート用紙をもらえたのは1件だったが、多くの人がカタログをもってかえっていたりしたので、かなり反響があった。   MOON　FESTIVAL 初めて、単独で中国人のお祭りに参加した。 午後3時以降からは雨になりピークは3時間しかなかったが、 そんな中でも、8件のアンケート用紙をいただく。 半分は新築案件希望。 2件は、ビルディングコンセントがあるのですぐにでも始めたいという案件だった。 また、場所も半分はノースとなっており、ジャパンホームズはノースの案件に人気がある。 こちらはむしろ、アンケート以外での後日連絡は望めないが十分な数の案件は集まった。 みな、いきなり、「平米いくらだ？」と切り出し、昨日の日系のイベントとのやり取りの違いに驚いた。 これがビジネスを成功させている華僑のスピードなのかと感心した。 今現在、中国ラジオやWTVで広告を流していること、また、 ジャパンDAY、FBを通して、 ジャパンホームズをすでに知っているよという声も聞き、認知度が出始めている。 今後も、認知度を上げていき、 より多くのお客様にAffordable and Comfortable の住宅提供を心掛けていきます。 ご協力していただいた皆さま、いろいろと2日間続けての文化祭楽しかったですね。 ありがとうございました。   There were two big events on last Sunday: one is Fukuoka Day at the Town Hall in the city, which is to celebrate the friendly relationship between Fukuoka in Japan and Auckland; the other is Chinese Moon Festival to celebrate the autumn full-moon (in the Chinese calendar) in Henderson.
