We need to consider about below …170 people is so high ..Make sure .

On 4 April 2016, a new set of regulations governing all work involving asbestos will come into force.

With more than 1, our work practices need to improve.

The asbestos regulations form part of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and are still to be finalised by Cabinet.

This email is to let you know WorkSafe New Zealand will be providing advance information on new asbestos licensing requirements from the draft regulations. This is to give industry time to prepare for the new licensing scheme.

From 16 November, WorkSafe’s website will have information covering these points:

  • Most asbestos removal will require an asbestos removal licence from 4 April 2016.
  • This includes currently unlicensed asbestos removal (often carried out by builders, plumbers, roofers and other tradespeople).
  • Businesses should register through the WorkSafe website to help speed up their removal licence application next year. See the website for details.
  • The new licences will have training requirements of a higher standard than currently stipulated in existing regulations.
  • There are transition periods to enable businesses to apply for and gain a new licence.
  • The new licensing scheme will replace the current Certificate of Competence, but transition arrangements mean holders of this certificate can continue working after 4 April 2016 (criteria apply).

今回の新しい規則は、the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 の一部であり、 まだCabinetにより締結されようとしているところです。

Born in Japan in 1973. At University I learned Japanese History.

After graduation, I worked at a major Dental material company as a top salesman. In 2002 I firstly set my foot on land in New Zealand, and have started to engage in NZ Construction firm since 2004. From the 8 years' experiences at construction sites and sales experiences in Japan, I devote myself to satisfy customers from consultation to construction and after care services.

Within the first 4 years after the foundation, half of Japan Homes' customers were similar ages of mine. So that their life environment such as a number of children were also similar to mine therefore I was able to understand the customers' situations and wants more. Meanwhile there are also many customers of my father's generation, which is always appreciated because I can learn lots of good things from them.

We try our best to provide services that you satisfy, such as schedule, quality and after care service.

"I can trust you with any projects." "You are the man who I can rely on when I am in trouble." I enjoy working to get these words more times and to create as more smiles as possible.
