END OF FIRST DECADES OF JAPAN HOMES

For Japan Homes, it came to the ten-year milestone including personal management period of time.
Ten years ago, there was no Japanese construction company to rely on, and it was only thanks to my family, customers, and SUB who really supported me, that I could continue building our business from zero for ten years.

The 10th year of the milestone is also the time we begun to realise our policy
“The provision of affordable and comfortable housing”.
Of course, as we will challenge new things, a lot of friction, conflicts and problems have arisen, but in order to realize the company policy. However, we realized that it is passion, VISION and organizational strength that assist us in achieving our goal.
I think that it will be the unforgettable year.

OUR “THREE WAY SATISFACTION” SPIRIT

2017 is the 11th year of Japan Homes.
For the last ten years, it was a period of personal management and family business. Although it sounds strange, I feel that the term of kindergarten student has ended.
The coming decade is the Elementary school period, thus, this year is the first grade of the school.
I feel pleasure to be able to live everyday to study and practice.
This first year is very important, focusing on improving the passion, vision, organizational strength mentioned above, and making a solid foundation for the company.

Passion comes first of all.
The company director must have the passion and have the quality and quantity of work that convince stakeholders. Among them, presentation of clear vision of affordable and comfortable housing. With that influence, my energy level gets quit high, and then employees and subs fit for that wavelength come more and more to us, and the organizational strength rises. It moves in this order.

We already have seeds in 2016, so we are looking forward to seeing them blooming.
We will enjoy the year of 2017 with the “three way satisfaction (the seller, buyer and society) ” spirit.

ジャパンホームズ 10年の節目

2016年度のオークランドは、前半より不動産価格の上昇が著しく、政府もその対応策として10月度より、複数物件を所有している投資家に対する融資を制限する法律が施行されたり、Auckland Unitary Plan =AUPの開始, さらに年度末に首相が辞任したりといろいろと動きがあった1年だった。
2016年のジャパンホームズは、個人経営を含めて10年の節目が終了した。
10年前は頼る日本人建築会社もなく、ゼロから10年も建築続けることができたのは、本当に応援してくれた家族、お客様、SUBの方のおかげだと感謝の気持ちしかない。
節目の10年目は、経営理念でもある「Affordable and Comfortable の住宅の提供」を本格始動した年でもあった。
もちろん、新しいことを挑戦することになるので、いろいろな摩擦や確執や問題はたくさん起きたが、そんな中で理念を実現するためには、やはり、情熱、VISION、組織力であるという結論に辿り着いた。
2016年、忘れられない年になることは間違いないと思う。

「三方良し」の精神

2017年は、ジャパンホームズの11年目の年。
2016年までは、個人経営、FAMILY BUSINESSをしていた10年間であり、例えは変だが、幼稚園生の期間が終了したと感じている。
これからの10年は、新生1年目。例えるなら小学1年生。まだまだ、勉強、勉強、修行の毎日を送れることに喜びを感じます。
1年目は非常に重要で、先に挙げた情熱、VISION、組織力の向上に注力し、会社にとって頑強な基礎を作ります。

まずは、情熱。
社長がもっとも情熱がなければならないし、関係者が納得する仕事の質や量をこなす。その中で、Affordable and Comfortable の住宅提供という明確なVISIONの提示。その影響で、自分のエネルギーレベルがかなり熱くなり、その波長に合う社員やSUBがどんどん集まり、組織力を上がる。
という順番で動いていく。すでに、2016年に種まきをしていることが多くあるので、それらが開花するのが楽しみである。

売り手、買い手、世間よしの「3方良し」の精神で淡々と2017年も楽しみます。

Born in Japan in 1973. At University I learned Japanese History.

After graduation, I worked at a major Dental material company as a top salesman. In 2002 I firstly set my foot on land in New Zealand, and have started to engage in NZ Construction firm since 2004. From the 8 years' experiences at construction sites and sales experiences in Japan, I devote myself to satisfy customers from consultation to construction and after care services.

Within the first 4 years after the foundation, half of Japan Homes' customers were similar ages of mine. So that their life environment such as a number of children were also similar to mine therefore I was able to understand the customers' situations and wants more. Meanwhile there are also many customers of my father's generation, which is always appreciated because I can learn lots of good things from them.

We try our best to provide services that you satisfy, such as schedule, quality and after care service.

"I can trust you with any projects." "You are the man who I can rely on when I am in trouble." I enjoy working to get these words more times and to create as more smiles as possible.
