Japan Homes had our own booth at Japan Day 2018 at CLOUD in the city.


We support this event every year for lots of people in Auckland to be familiar with our culture.

There were a number of customers who visited us at our booth and we consulted with them about what they want to do regarding their home.

I just list up here the types of topic that these customers consulted:

  1.  Want to build a new home at my own land
  2.  Want to find a house&land package for investment
  3.  Want to renovate my bathroom or kitchen
  4.  Want to do landscape for my garden such as Japanese garden

Due to the Auckland Unitary Plan that allows the existing land to be subdivided into small lots there are more demands for building new homes than before (Please have a look at our website for more info about AUP).

Also I talked to a few investors who were looking for a house and land package for investment event though there are more and more restrictions against property investment nowadays.

I am happy that Japan Day 2018 was very successful.

I really appreciate those who managed or supported this event.

2016年末に施行になった、Auckland Unitery Plan (=AUP)


数名の方が、ノースエリアに良い投資用のLAND&HOUSE PACKAGEを探しているという相談を受けた。
この相談は近年のJAPAN DAYでは受けなかった相談であり、新しい流れも動き出したのかなと感じた。

Born in Japan in 1973. At University I learned Japanese History.

After graduation, I worked at a major Dental material company as a top salesman. In 2002 I firstly set my foot on land in New Zealand, and have started to engage in NZ Construction firm since 2004. From the 8 years' experiences at construction sites and sales experiences in Japan, I devote myself to satisfy customers from consultation to construction and after care services.

Within the first 4 years after the foundation, half of Japan Homes' customers were similar ages of mine. So that their life environment such as a number of children were also similar to mine therefore I was able to understand the customers' situations and wants more. Meanwhile there are also many customers of my father's generation, which is always appreciated because I can learn lots of good things from them.

We try our best to provide services that you satisfy, such as schedule, quality and after care service.

"I can trust you with any projects." "You are the man who I can rely on when I am in trouble." I enjoy working to get these words more times and to create as more smiles as possible.
