①母屋より離れているガレージを人が住めるSleep Out として改装する場合、費用はどの位かかりますでしょうか?

概算になりますが通常は6000ドルから10000万ドルが見込まれます。
窓、ドア、周り、床、補強、内装GIB、プラスター、ペイント、仕上げ、カーペット、
外壁も考えなければならないと思います。

②母屋より離れているガレージをGranny Flatとして改装する場合、費用はどの位かかりますでしょうか?
トイレ、シャワー、キッチンを作るには、市役所に届出が必要と思いますが、可能でしょうか? 

申請料 + 設計 4000ドル
 水道工事      3000ドル
 大工工事      3000ドル
 
 キッチン
 シャワー
 トイレ        7000ドル
 電気工事    1000ドル
  プラスター   
  内装工事  2500ドル

合計で25000ドルから30000ドルを見ておいていただければよろしいかと思います。

ガレージの登記状態、場所、状態などにより状況はことなりますので、現場確認と設計確認必須です。

So that their life environment such as a number of children were also similar to mine therefore I was able to understand the customers' situations and wants more. Meanwhile there are also many customers of my father's generation, which is always appreciated because I can learn lots of good things from them.
